In the Bring Peace to the Chaos Workshop, I will help you design a 5-minute practice that incorporates movement, grounding, gratitude, and self-healing.

 

In our small group, we will participate in a somatic yoga flow, learn about how self-care is an act of service to our loved ones, and explore healing yoga poses you've never tried before! There will be time to test out your new practice and time allotted for a QnA.

 

It only takes 5-minutes to change your mood, energy, and stress level. When you don't have time for a morning workout or evening flow, this practice will keep you consistent in your wellness journey.

Why Zoom?

Taking my zoom classes are much more affordable! Most drop in classes at yoga studios are at least $25+tax

You don't need to spend any time commuting to a studio with your yoga mat. No surprise traffic. No spike of stress or major rushing. 

Complete privacy! Many of us (myself included) feel scared to audibly breathe, take a break, or allow emotion to be present at an in-person yoga class. At home, you have the freedom to loudly exhale, express any emotion you're feeling, and change any pose in a fully safe space 

You get to choose if you practice to music or silence! I will send an optional playlist to you. You also have the option to make a playlist of your favourite music to practice to. You never get this amount of choice at an in-person class.

For my people who are always swamped: This is the most accessible way to practice yoga while juggling your busy schedule. If you're living on an empty cup, the quality of your work/life (whatever that may be) will suffer. Stop poking holes in your cup!

Long story short: if you're looking for a yoga practice that is very affordable, in a safe space to experiment, and is lead by an instructor who will show you how to take your yoga practice to the next level on and off the mat...you're in the right place:)
